Do you accept returns?

Returns are gladly accepted under certain circumstances! We accept refunds within 14 days and store credit within 90 days. Click here for more information regarding our return policies + instructions on how to proceed with a return!

Do you ship worldwide?

Not currently, but we will very soon!

How long does shipping take?

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Keep in mind we are a super small team! Once shipped, domestic orders will generally take 3-10 business days to arrive.

  • Please be sure to reach out to us if you need your order rushed! We will do all that we can to ensure it arrives by the time you need it.

will my order include tracking?

Yes! All orders include tracking, once your order has been shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via the email you provided at checkout.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

  • We accept all major credit cards via PayPal and Stripe. We also accept Gift-cards and prepaid debit cards.

  • Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf. When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account.

There’s an issue with my order what do i do?

  • We’re really sorry to hear that! Please go to our 'Contact Us' tab or send us an email here to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information:

  • Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the issue and a Description of the issue.

  • The product name can be found on your order confirmation email.

  • If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Store Credit?

  • Store credit issue can take up to 28 days —that includes the time it takes for your package to be delivered to us and processed.

  • When we’ve received your return, we’ll email you the store credit in the form of a discount code as soon as we’re done with quality checks. You should receive the email within 3-5 business days.

  • FYI--the items returned need to be new, unused and unaltered. We can’t refund your order if it doesn’t comply with our returns policy. We’ll be keeping you updated every step of the way. If you’ve waited for more than 2 weeks, please let us know using the 'contact us” tab.

i have a discount code but i can’t use it, why?

  • The code expired (we have limited-time offers)

  • You can only use one code at a time.

  • Double check your delivery--some codes only work with specific delivery options.

  • Check for typos.

  • Make sure the offer can be used for what you’re purchasing.
